My guy.....

Yesterday at Kessler (rehab)....I ran out to get an extra plate
and when I returned I found this rose at my place.
I looked at Paul and asked 'did you put that here'?
He shrugged as if to say he didn't know HOW it got
there...I asked again....realizing that he had
taken it from the little arrangement at the center of the table.
I burst into tears....he is still thinking of me and trying to do nice
things for me.
Hell, he can only reach so far....he doesn't have access to anything.
And there was the rose!!

Lovely.

Best of luck to you and Paul through this difficult time. I'm a big fan of his and miss his presence in the world of football. (I'm also rather fond of your photography here).

All the best to you both in the New Year. Get well soon.

Ahh, you brought me to tears. I'm sure that Paul is incredibly appreciative of all you have done for him these days. Bless him for finding a way to show you.

Wow! Beneath that gruff exterior IS a teddy bear! How sweet. I'm glad he's still looking after you...that is love. We're still praying. Love, Carey

My thoughts and prayers to both of you. Tell Z that I am waiting for his next rant on the QB rating system.

And I must say I am very impressed with your photography as well.

The rose I think is a great example of what Paul CAN do as opposed to CANNOT. He's still in there. He still loves you. And, he's doing all he CAN. Hell, I CAN'T walk, never have, and can't pick up my son (4). But, since he could toddle, he learned to crawl onto my lap and I CAN take him for "walks" in my scooter. Focus on the CAN. Love to you both. :)
